วิธีการใช้ I always do และ I'm always doing

I always do (something) = ฉันทำ....เป็นประจำ / ปกติ เช่น

I always go to work by car. ( ไม่ใช่ I'm always going)

'I'm always doing something' = ประมาณว่า "เอาอีกละ" เช่น ถ้าเป็นคนขี้ลืมบ่อยๆ ลืมข้าวของต่างๆที่ลืมไว้เป็นประจำ ก็อาจพูดได้ว่า

I've lost my phone again. I'm always losing things ("โทรศัพท์หายอีกล่ะ ไปวางไว้ไหนน้า ฉันนี่ลืมข้าวของประจำเลย")
